Why Somedays

A proven team. A specialized concept.

Somedays is led by a team with deep experience scaling specialty food brands across major cities throughout the U.S. — bringing the systems, supply chain, and operating know-how that turn a beloved single-store concept into a brand that travels.

Somedays Bakery isn't just about selling croissants — it's about creating an experience. One that builds community, fosters creativity, and provides exceptional value to our customers. We're tapping into a growing market that's all about quality and experience, and we're looking for the right partners to bring it to new neighborhoods.

01

A hyper-specialized small-format concept

Built around viennoiserie and a streamlined operating model — not a full-line bakery. Small footprint, high-margin product, premium positioning. Nobody is doing this in this format.

02

Leadership that's scaled before

Built and led by veterans who've operated specialty food and bakery brands in major cities across the U.S. The systems, supply chain, and franchisee support are not first-time operations.

03

Demand that's already there

Lines out the door at every opening. National press from The New York Times and beyond — and the line still hasn't stopped.

Somedays heart
Peter Phillips, founder & CEO

We're looking for partners who share our passion for quality, community, and exceptional customer experiences. Somedays is built on the idea that every visit should feel special — and we can't wait to share that with more communities across the country.
